Quick answers to common membership questions
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your account dashboard. When you upgrade, the remaining value of your current plan is prorated and applied to your new membership, so you never lose what you've already paid.
With at-home draws, a certified phlebotomist comes to your home at a scheduled time. The in-clinic option lets you visit a Dynacare walk-in lab in Ontario, Quebec, or Manitoba at your convenience, with no appointment needed. In-clinic pricing is lower because we don't dispatch a phlebotomist. Both options deliver the same comprehensive test results.
Semiannual Baseline is billed at $599 every 6 months, and Quarterly Complete is billed at $699 every 3 months. Each billing cycle includes a blood draw, updated health insights, and your coaching sessions for that period. You can cancel before your next renewal at any time.
Many HSA and FSA plans cover preventive health lab testing. We provide an itemized receipt after each blood draw that you can submit for reimbursement. We recommend checking with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility before purchasing.
