After you sign up, we book a certified phlebotomist to come to your home at a time that works for you. The visit takes about 15 minutes — they bring everything, draw your blood, and take it to the lab. Results land in your AI app about 5 days later, followed by your 1:1 longevity coach session.
Where in Canada is the at-home draw available?
Annual Focus At-Home is available across Canada, with broadest coverage in major urban areas and surrounding regions. We'll confirm coverage at your address right after signup. If we can't service your specific area, we'll let you know within 24 hours and refund you in full.
Are the phlebotomists fully certified?
Yes. Every phlebotomist in our network is a certified medical professional certified in their province, with hospital or clinical experience. They follow standard clinical protocols for blood collection and lab transport.
What's the difference between At-Home ($299) and Lab Walk-In ($199)?
Same 40+ blood tests, same 1:1 longevity coach, same AI app, same nurse practitioner-reviewed results. The only difference is who travels. With At-Home, a phlebotomist comes to you, anywhere we service in Canada. With Lab Walk-In($199, Ontario only), you walk in to any Dynacare. The $100 difference covers the cost of the home visit.
Is this HSA/FSA eligible? Can I cancel?
Yes to both. Most workplace HSA and FSA plans cover preventive blood testing — we provide the receipt for reimbursement. You can pause or cancel from your account anytime, no questions asked.
How is my health data protected?
We're fully PHIPA and PIPEDA compliant — the Canadian privacy regulations for health data. Your blood is processed by accredited labs, your results are stored encrypted, and we never sell your data to third parties.
