Nia's base panel is 60+ including calculations and self-reported vitals. Baseline is 70+ measured values plus six body measurements. Of Baseline's list, Nia includes 47, sells 8 as add-ons and does not offer 17.

Isn't two draws a year better?+

For a six-month trend on lipids and A1c, a second draw is real value. Our approach is one deeper draw, with retesting personalised by your NP and coach.

Can I get hormones tested with Nia?+

Yes, as add-ons: a men's panel at $80 and a menopause panel at $105 for women 45 to 55. Baseline includes the full hormone and adrenal panel for every member.

Which provinces does each cover?+

MyHealthspan comes to you at-home service in every province, with lab walk-in in Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba. Nia offers in-clinic draws in Ontario, Manitoba and BC and at-home draws elsewhere at $100 a draw; not Quebec.

Who reviews the results?+

Both use a Canadian nurse practitioner. At MyHealthspan the NP is the provider of record and reviews every result before release; Nia schedules a 30-minute consult twice a year.
