Member story
“I thought I was healthy.”
Life-changing. I'm not kidding. The biomarker data alone gave me a sense that I should be eating better/differently. But the Longevity Coach session with Josh helped me see the deeper patterns in the data, uncovering some pretty key insights about my overall lifestyle (of which diet is only a small part). I'm just about to turn 40, and I'm so glad I did this now, so I can course-correct while there's time.
Cyril, 2025
Hunter, 2025, Entrepreneur: Seeing my results has been a game changer. Why did I wait so long? Given my family history of cancer and heart disease, I want to track my health early and optimize as best I can.
One member's ApoB fell 52.1% and LDL-C 58.4% between tests, a medication-driven change the platform surfaced and tracked.
Josh Bond
My job is to turn a page of numbers into the two or three things you can actually do this month.
