What you'll find out

120+ blood tests, by category. Open a category to see every test.

Complete goes beyond the core health picture to explore additional factors that may be easy to overlook, from toxic metal exposure and essential mineral status to your fatty-acid profile, including omega ratios.

Heart and cholesterol

  • ApoB
  • Lp(a)
  • LDL/HDL Ratio
  • + more

Heart and cholesterol

How your body carries and clears cholesterol. ApoB and Lp(a) go further than a standard lipid panel.

It doesn't image your arteries or tell you whether you have heart disease. It shows the risk factors you can act on.

In Complete

  • ApoB
  • Lp(a)
  • LDL/HDL Ratio
  • Total Cholesterol
  • LDL
  • HDL
  • Triglycerides
  • TC/HDL Ratio
  • LDL-C/ApoB Ratio

Blood health

  • Hemoglobin
  • Hematocrit
  • Red Blood Cells
  • + more

Blood health

Your red cells and platelets: how well your blood carries oxygen and clots.

A count out of range is a prompt for a conversation, not a diagnosis.

In Complete

  • Hemoglobin
  • Hematocrit
  • Red Blood Cells
  • Platelets
  • MCV
  • MCH
  • MCHC
  • MPV
  • RDW

Liver health

  • ALT
  • AST
  • GGT
  • + more

Liver health

How your liver is working: the enzymes that rise when it is under strain, and albumin, a protein it makes.

Mild changes are common and often reversible. Anything of concern goes to your nurse practitioner and your doctor.

In Complete

  • ALT
  • AST
  • GGT
  • Albumin

Kidney health

  • Creatinine
  • eGFR

Kidney health

How well your kidneys filter your blood, including eGFR, a calculated estimate of kidney filtration.

Hydration, muscle mass, and a hard workout can shift these. Your nurse practitioner reads them in context.

In Complete

  • Creatinine
  • eGFR

Metabolic health

  • HbA1c
  • TG/HDL Ratio
  • Glucose
  • + more

Metabolic health

How your body handles sugar and energy over the last three months, and the ratios that connect glucose, fats, and uric acid. Complete adds your fatty acid profile.

A single reading is a snapshot. Trends over time, and the CGM if your coach suggests it, tell the fuller story.

In Complete

  • TG/HDL Ratio
  • Glucose
  • Glucose:HbA1c Ratio

Hormones

  • Total Testosterone
  • Free Testosterone
  • Estrogen (Estradiol)
  • + more

Hormones

The full hormone panel across sex hormones, stress, and adrenal output, with the binding protein and ratios that show what is actually available to your body.

Hormones are one of several things that explain how you feel. They're read alongside thyroid, iron, and metabolic markers.

In Complete

  • Total Testosterone
  • Free Testosterone
  • Estrogen (Estradiol)
  • Progesterone
  • Cortisol
  • DHEAS
  • SHBG
  • Testosterone:Cortisol Ratio
  • Free Androgen Index

Thyroid health

  • TSH
  • Free T3
  • Free T4
  • + more

Thyroid health

The gland that sets your metabolic pace. TSH is the screening signal. Free T3 and Free T4 show what the thyroid is actually producing.

Thyroid symptoms overlap with iron, sleep, and hormones, which is why Baseline tests them together.

In Complete

  • TSH
  • Free T3
  • Free T4

Nutrients

  • Ferritin
  • Vitamin D
  • Iron
  • + more

Nutrients

Whether you're storing, carrying, and using iron well, and the nutrients that most often run low in Canada. Low iron is one of the most common reasons people feel tired.

Ferritin alone can mislead when inflammation is present. The full panel puts it in context.

In Complete

  • Ferritin
  • Vitamin D
  • Iron
  • TIBC
  • Transferrin Saturation

Immune and inflammation

  • hsCRP
  • White Blood Cells
  • Neutrophils
  • + more

Immune and inflammation

Your white cells and hsCRP: how active your immune system is, and whether inflammation is part of the picture.

These move with a cold or a hard week of training. Your coach reads them in context.

In Complete

  • hsCRP
  • White Blood Cells
  • Neutrophils
  • Lymphocytes
  • Monocytes
  • Eosinophils
  • Basophils
  • NLR

  • Arsenic (Total)
  • Cadmium
  • Lead
  • + more

Environmental toxins

What you've been exposed to: arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury, and thallium, from water, food, air, and work.

Levels are read against population ranges. A result is a reason to look at sources, not a diagnosis.

In Complete

  • Arsenic (Total)
  • Cadmium
  • Lead
  • Mercury
  • Thallium

Body measurements

  • Blood Pressure
  • BMI
  • Height
  • + more

Lab walk-in is available in Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba.
Results in about 4 to 5 days after your blood draw on average.
Your longevity coach goes through your results with you, explains what stands out, and agrees the next actions with you. Sessions are 1:1 and booked in the app.

Yes, and we encourage you to. You can download or print your results to share with your family doctor or other members of your care team. MyHealthspan is designed to complement your existing healthcare, not replace it.
A professional phlebotomist comes to you, so you can complete your blood draw without travelling to a lab or waiting for an appointment there. During the visit, they also measure your blood pressure, height, weight, BMI, waist circumference, and waist-to-height ratio. At-home service is available across Canada.
MyHealthspan is designed for proactive and preventive health tracking. Depending on your membership, we test a broader set of biomarkers and show both standard and narrower optimal ranges informed by preventive-health and longevity research. Your results live in one place so you can track changes over time, with dedicated support to help you understand what matters and what to focus on next. MyHealthspan complements the care you receive from your doctor; it doesn't replace it.
