Know where your test is

Know where your test is

Your dashboard now follows your order from purchase to results, and tells you when something needs you

The single most common question we get is not about biomarkers, or scores, or what a result means.

It is "where is my test right now?"

That question has a good reason behind it. You order a panel, a kit arrives, someone takes your blood, and then there is a quiet stretch where nothing visible happens. The work is happening. You just cannot see it. Four changes have gone in to close that gap.

A card that tracks the whole order

Your Health page now carries a card that follows your order through every stage. Purchase, kit on its way, sample received at the lab, analysis under way, clinical review, results ready. You can see the whole flow at once. Where a step needs something from you, the card tells you what it is, rather than leaving you to guess.

That balance was the point. Members told us they wanted full visibility into the process, and to be asked for something only when it was actually their move. So the card shows every stage, and prompts you for the next action only when there is one.

When your results arrive from the lab, the card marks the results ready stage plainly, so the moment you look, you can see they are in rather than having to wonder. Steps with nothing to click, like waiting for your collection kit to arrive, now show as plain status text instead of a button that leads nowhere.

If your results are older than a couple of months and no coach note followed, the journey now closes itself out gracefully rather than sitting on "your coach is reviewing" indefinitely.

You find out, rather than going to look

There is now a notification bell in the app. Results ready, kit updates, anything that changes while you are not looking. It stays hidden until your first notification ever arrives, so a new account is not decorated with an empty bell.

The point is not the bell. The point is that the app tells you when something happens instead of rewarding you for checking.

One panel for the thing that actually needs you

At the top of your dashboard there is now a single panel that surfaces whatever needs your attention right now. An unfinished questionnaire. A kit waiting to be sent back. A result ready to read.

Most dashboards ask you to scan the whole screen and work out what matters. This one does that job for you and puts the answer where you look first.

Your first visit shows you what to do

If you are new, your first login opens with a guided walkthrough rather than an empty dashboard. It moves through your profile, your baseline, and where your results will appear when they arrive.

The health questionnaire changed shape at the same time. It used to be a long form. It is now one question per screen with a visible progress bar, which is calmer to complete and considerably harder to get wrong. Phone numbers are validated as you type rather than rejected at the end.

We rebuilt this part because the first ten minutes on a preventive health platform are strange by definition. You have signed up for something whose whole value arrives later. The least we can do is show you what is coming.

What this adds up to

None of these are dramatic features. Together they answer a question you should never have had to ask, and they answer it at a glance.

Unlock more years of life.
